Case Management Pilot Project (CMPP)

The CMPP Case Manager serves as the frontline staff responsible for handling the immediate needs of individuals and families enrolled in the CMPP. This role is critical for delivering trauma-informed, culturally, and linguistically responsive case management services to non-detained, non-citizen participants of the ICE Alternatives to Detention (ATD) programs. The Case Manager will work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure participants have access to comprehensive services tailored to their specific needs.

Qualifications:  AA or Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field or minimum of two years of experience in case management within immigrant or underserved populations. Strong understanding of trauma-informed care principles and practices. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment. Must be able to work as a team and independently; exercise sound judgment in crisis situations, both in the office setting and in the field/community. Must be able to communicate thought and ideas clearly both orally and written. Fluency in English/Spanish required. Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Must have reliable transportation, valid California Driver’s license, maintain current automobile insurance, and an acceptable driving record

Salary: $24 - $28/hour
