The Clinical Supervisor/Program Manager for the Universal Mental Health Promoter/TAY (UMHP) program will work to address trauma and provide psycho education and resources to the community and will serve as the project lead in the implementation of all UMHP strategies, focusing on (a) Culturally Appropriate Outreach, Education and Engagement (OEE), (b) Culturally Appropriate Wellness Screening and linkages, and (c) Healing Activities, which includes the focus of servicing and supporting client population. Will oversee the data collection and processing of that data; ensure program compliance. Oversee project funds and monitor program expenses. Supervise program staff, conducting orientations, trainings, and meetings to inform, equip, and empower staff. Other duties as needed.
Qualifications: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with CA Board of Behavioral Science required. Master’s degree in psychology, sociology or related field required. Three (3) years of experience in mental health services/wellness programs. Previous experience in a non-profit mental health agency preferred. Demonstrates ability to work independently; attention to detail a must. Previous supervisorial experience preferred. Able to perform in a positive, flexible, adaptive manner. Able to work with minimal supervision and exercise independent judgment and initiative. Excellent oral and written communication skills; Bilingual in English /Spanish required. Computer literate; working knowledge of database, spreadsheet, and graphic programs, such as MS Word and Excel, Outlook and knowledgeable in Internet search. Must have reliable transportation, valid CA driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and an acceptable driving record.
Salary: $90,000 - $98,000/year
