Develops in collaboration with parents/caregivers individualized service plans. Continually assess needs and provide advocacy support in obtaining appropriate services. Manages community and family crises involving children and parents. Evaluates parent/child/family progress and participates in interdisciplinary team meetings. Provides guidance and support to children and their families/caregivers in a variety of environments and community settings. Documents all activities in accordance with applicable regulations. Participates in case disposition meetings on a routine basis. Must maintain minimum service provision. Responds to crisis as needed.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field. Experience with IFCCS, Wraparound services and/or SED youth in community- based settings and/or MHRS Experience with the mental health, child welfare and /or juvenile probation systems. Ability to represent core/agency/program values and principles in a variety of settings. Must be able to communicate thought and ideas clearly both orally and written, in English and Spanish. Able to work evening and weekend hours as needed and able to be on-call 24/7. Able to exercise independent judgment and initiative. Must have reliable transportation, valid California driver’s license, maintain current automobile insurance and must be eligible to drive for the Company.

Salary: $23 - $27/hour
