Responsible for developing and coordinating family-centered team to meet the individualized needs of children and families and for the developing of an integrated plan and leadership to ensure implementation of services that is responsive to concerns and builds on strengths. Provides an advanced level of facilitation to support and enhance the efforts of children and their families/caregivers the systems workers, which are part of the support team, and other individuals in a variety of environments.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology or related field; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 2 years experience serving individuals with complex needs including SED youth/families and/or youth residential settings. Experience with the mental health, child welfare and/or juvenile probation systems. Able to work evening and weekend hours as needed. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Must have reliable transportation, valid California driver’s license, maintain current automobile insurance, and an acceptable driving record. * Due to COVID-19 pandemic, duties will be performed primarily via telecommuting.
Salary: $25 - $29/hour
